These Terms of Service govern your use of Drop Drop, an iOS application developed and published by Ojee Labs. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Drop Drop, you confirm that you are at least 4 years of age (or that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf if you are under 13), and that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Ojee Labs reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
License to Use
Ojee Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Drop Drop on any Apple device you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app or any part of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the app for any commercial purpose without our express written consent
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the app
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify the game
In-App Purchases
Drop Drop is free to download. Stages 1–12 and Endless mode are free. A one-time optional in-app purchase (“Drop Drop Pro”) unlocks stages 13–60 and Zen mode. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
- Drop Drop Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You will not be charged again.
- All purchases are final. Refunds are handled solely by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
- Drop Drop Pro is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple ID using the Restore Purchases option on the upgrade screen or in Settings.
- Buying Pro unlocks content but does not skip progress. Stages are still played in order.
- If a purchase is refunded, Pro content locks again. Stages you have already cleared stay replayable and your stars are kept.
- Ojee Labs reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update in-app purchase offerings at any time. Existing purchases will be honored.
- Prices are subject to change. Current pricing is displayed in the App Store and within the app at the point of purchase.
Game Center & Leaderboards
Drop Drop integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboard functionality. Your use of Game Center is subject to Apple's Terms of Service. The leaderboard ranks best scores in Endless mode. Stage mode and Zen mode are never ranked.
Ojee Labs reserves the right to remove or reset leaderboard entries that are determined to result from cheating, exploitation, or unauthorized modification of the app.
Game Progress
Your stage progress, stars, best scores, and settings are stored only on your device. They are not backed up by Ojee Labs and will be lost if you delete the app or move to a new device. Your Drop Drop Pro purchase can always be restored through the App Store. Ojee Labs is not responsible for lost game progress.
We may update game content, difficulty, and tuning over time, including through remote settings, to keep the game fair and fun.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, Drop Drop may send an occasional reminder when you haven't played in a while. You can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings.
Intellectual Property
All content in Drop Drop — including but not limited to graphics, sound effects, haptic design, game design, code, and the Ojee Labs name and logo — is the exclusive property of Ojee Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use the Ojee Labs name, logo, or any other proprietary material without our prior written consent.
Disclaimers
Drop Drop is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Ojee Labs does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ojee Labs disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ojee Labs and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including loss of data or game progress.
In no event shall Ojee Labs’ total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the app exceed the amount you paid for the app or its in-app purchases in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Ojee Labs reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your license to use the app is revoked.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the app shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at support@ojeelabs.com. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in California, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Apple App Store
These terms are between you and Ojee Labs only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service, the Apple App Store Terms of Service shall govern.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for Drop Drop. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.
